bubble
Email rylectric@gmail.com and you'll get a reply. Bubble is a small operation, so it may not be instant, but nothing goes into a void.
It helps to include the email address on your account and, if something went wrong, what you were doing when it did.
Check your spam folder first — that's where it usually is. The code expires after 15 minutes, so if it's been longer, tap Send a new code on the verification screen. If nothing arrives at all, the address may have a typo; sign out, and sign up again with the correct one.
On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bubble → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles the billing, so it has to be cancelled there — we can't do it for you.
You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling doesn't delete your chats.
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. That re-checks with Apple and usually fixes it straight away. If it doesn't, email us with the Apple ID email you purchased under.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for Bubble.
In the app: Settings → Delete account. It removes your account, every chat and every message immediately and permanently. There's no undo.
Cancel your subscription with Apple first — deleting your Bubble account doesn't stop Apple charging you.
That's the free limit — 15 messages. Nothing is lost. Everything you wrote is still there, and upgrading unfreezes all of it, including the message that was waiting.
It happens — it's an AI, and no amount of checking makes that impossible. Please send the question and what it got wrong; that's genuinely useful and it's how the research improves.
Don't rely on Bubble for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Check those with a qualified human.
Email us from the address on your account and we'll send it.
